Presented by Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association, the Topsail Island Association of REALTORS®, and the Cape Fear Sales & Marketing Council

ATTENDEES:

REALTORS® and other WCFHBA or TIAR members may attend the Expo for free! Attendees have access to networking, food, beverages, and giveaways. Attendees may not set up a table to exhibit. If you are interested in only attending, please choose the "Register>>" button on this page!

EXHIBITORS:

Only WCFHBA builder and remodeler members, as well as WCFHBA member real estate companies and communities, may exhibit. Spots are limited! *If your company does not fall into one of these categories, please contact WCFHBA directly to inquire about limited Vendor Exhibitor spots.*

Showcase your work to local REALTORS®. Whether you specialize in building custom homes, building in planned communities, or renovating existing homes, seize this opportunity to educate agents on how your company can turn their clients' dream homes into reality!

Exhibition fee includes one 6' banquet table and two chairs. *PLEASE NOTE that you MUST provide your own tablecloth.* Exhibition registration also includes an unlimited number of attendees who do not need to be registered separately.

Exhibition registration closes Friday, August 14th, or when all spots are filled, whichever comes first.

When registering for an exhibition booth, please view the floor plan map (can be viewed below as well as within the registration step) to see booth numbers and select your booth location. If you know you will need power, the booths on the outer walls, numbers 11-24, have outlet access (bringing an extension cord is highly recommended). Booths 1-10 are not guaranteed to have power access. Booth availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you don't see the number you want in the dropdown menu, that means the booth has been claimed. The number you select now will be your booth on the day of the event; changes and swaps will not be made day-of unless the desired booth number remains unclaimed or the swap is agreed upon by both parties.

See the map below. For reference, the WCFHBA and TIAR tables are next to where attendees will be walking in.

FOR ATTENDEES: This event is a floating/drop-in event that runs 9 to 11am.

FOR EXHIBITORS: Setup is 8 to 9am. You must be fully set up before doors open at 9am, and you must exhibit for the full two hours!

PARKING INFORMATION
The Community Center has a small parking area directly next to it, but most people will need to park in the overflow lot diagonally across from the Community Center. This is a gravel/grass lot that can be entered from either Sound Rd or N Hines St.
