2025 Parade of Homes Builder Entry Form


 
ENTERING IS AS EASY AS:  ONE, TWO, THREE!
INSTRUCTIONS:

• Complete steps one, two, and three for EACH HOME entered in the 2025 Parade of Homes. 
• Please complete steps in sequence. Please do NOT skip steps.  
• If entering MULTIPLE HOMES, complete steps one through three in sequence, from start to finish, for each entry. Please do NOT combine steps. ONE transaction per entry.
• Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

STEP ONE:
Read over the 2025 Rules, print, and sign each section that indicates a required signature.
Graphics guidelines included in this section for submitting front elevations and floor plans. Please review these, but no signature is required for the graphic guidelines.
            

STEP TWO:
Upload all Parade of Homes entry data and submit. This form must be completed separately for each home. Each form must be completed in one sitting, as there is no way to save a draft and the form will eventually time out on you if left sitting idle for too long.



STEP THREE:
Add all optional awards selections to your cart and process payment. (Selections do not automatically transfer into cart.) If entering more than two homes, please use code POH39 on your third+ entry.
