On June 24th the Wilmington-Cape Fear HBA will be offering a virtual CE course option that will cover the 2024 2-hour NCLBGC Mandatory CE Class that North Carolina licensed general contractors will be required to complete under G.S. 87-10.2 This class will be offered via Zoom.
Accordingly, the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors (NCLBGC) has developed this two (2) hour mandatory CE course. This mandatory course explains the statutes and regulations with which qualifiers and licensees must comply with.
Students will review current laws, regulations, rules, and statutory terminology the NCLBGC uses. Students will also participate in a practical exercise that applies the knowledge they learned and understood during the course.

$45 for members or $60 for non-members - This fee covers your NCLBGC Fee as well.

We will be offering this Required Mandatory CE Class virtually via Zoom. The maximum number of people will be set at 50 class registrations. This class will ONLY cover the 2-hour 2024 mandatory class that is required under G.S. 87-10.2. You will still need to take the 6 Elective Hours by the end of November.
This virtual class will run from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Though the class begins promptly at 9:00 AM, we will open the video call at 8:15 AM to allow time for check-in. All class participants must be on the Zoom platform with their sound and camera working by 8:50 a.m. Failure to do so could put your class participation in jeopardy as the provider will be closing the Zoom platform at 9:00 a.m.
