2021 Remodeled Home Showcase Entry Form
ENTERING IS AS EASY AS: ONE, TWO, THREE!
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Complete steps one, two and three for EACH HOME entered in the 2021 Remodeled Home Showcase.
- Please complete steps in sequence. Please do NOT skip steps.
- If entering MULTIPLE HOMES, complete steps one through three in sequence, from start to finish, for each entry. Please do NOT combine steps. One transaction per entry.
- Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
STEP ONE:
Read over the 2021 Rules and Homeowner Participation Agreement (all within one document), print, and sign.
STEP TWO:
Upload all Remodeled Home Showcase entry data and submit.
STEP THREE:
YOU'RE DONE!
After rules, entry form, and payment have been completed, you're done! Please remember to submit "before" photos to elizabeth@wilmhba.org. THANK YOU!

Fees/Admission
