Join us for Builder/Associate Blitz – A Membership Drive Mixer on Thursday, June 18th, 2026, from 5:00–7:30PM at The Golf Barn (7 Bell Swamp Connection NE, Winnabow, NC 28479)! 

This high-energy networking event is designed to grow and strengthen the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association and attendance comes with one important requirement: each member must bring a non-member guest. The $50 registration fee will directly sponsor a discount for that guest’s membership, making it easy to introduce them to the value of being part of our association. 

The evening kicks off from 5:00–5:30PM with check-in, drinks, and food, followed by structured speed networking from 5:30–6:30PM, where participants will be grouped by Builders and Associates to make meaningful connections while learning more about membership benefits. From 6:30–7:30PM, we’ll head to the TopTracer golf range for fun challenges, friendly competition, and prizes. 

At the end of the night, one lucky non-member will win a full year of free membership to WCFHBA, and every other non-member in attendance will receive a special $50 discounted membership rate (valid for up to one week post event).

This is a great opportunity for our associate members to connect with builders and our builder members to connect with quality trades! Come ready to connect, compete, and help us grow our membership in a fun and impactful way!

Fee: $50 (per member/non member pair)
