The WCFHBA and the SMC, in partnership with BCAR, present the BOO-tiful Brunswick County Bus Tour, sponsored by Alpha Mortgage!
This exclusive Halloween-themed tour will bring a shuttle bus full of 30 of Brunswick County's best real estate agents straight to your house's door for adult trick-or-treating with a day full of fun, food, and most importantly, the finest new homes in Brunswick County!
This is your opportunity to connect with agents one-on-one and showcase your company and your work. Due to time and geographic constraints, we will only accept ONE home per builder and a maximum of EIGHT builders. Homes MUST be in Brunswick County (NO Bald Head Island homes due to transportation restraints, but entries can be anywhere else in the county). Only WCFHBA members are eligible to enter a house.
Times of arrival for each home will be determined after all homes have been submitted and the route has been created. Builder registration for this event closes October 5 (or whenever eight spots have been filled), so time assignments and additional information will be sent no later than October 12.
By entering the home, builders are expected to provide a warm, fun, and inviting atmosphere with drinks (can be alcoholic but do not have to be) and food (can be as simple or elaborate as you wish). Games and/or giveaways are welcome. Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged!!
Please note: You may serve alcohol in your house, but you may not give alcohol to the agents to bring back onto the bus.
***This tour is NOT open to the public, but should you choose to extend your normal open house hours into the evening at all--whether on that day or on the following weekend(s)--for the public, let us know! We are happy to help you in marketing that if you tag us on socials.
$500 per home entry.
1 entry per builder.
Please note: All credit card payments include a convenience service fee of up to 4% to cover processing costs. This fee appears as a separate line item on your receipt after payment is completed.
